Welcome to NexaMine.org (the "Platform"), operated by NexaMine (the "Community," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, including registering as an Aggregator Partner, making deposits, or participating in mining packages, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. As an Aggregator Partner, you acknowledge that all investments in mining packages are non-refundable and represent a high-risk participation in cryptocurrency mining aggregation, subject to market volatility and operational factors.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter contracts.

- As an Aggregator Partner, you act as an independent contractor promoting and aggregating mining opportunities; the Company is not your employer.

- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to comply with all applicable business terms & conditions.

- You are solely responsible for securing your account, including creating a unique NEXA wallet address and safely storing your recovery secret phrase. The Company is not liable for losses due to lost phrases, hacks, or user error.

2. Non-Refundable Investments and Mining Packages

- All deposits and purchases of mining packages are **strictly non-refundable** under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, market changes, or personal financial issues.

- Deposits are accepted **only in NEXA Coin or USDT (BEP20 network)**. No other currencies or methods are permitted.

- Mining packages grant access to aggregated mining rewards as an Aggregator Partner but do not guarantee profits. Returns depend on network performance, cryptocurrency prices, and other uncontrollable factors.

- The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate mining packages without notice or liability.

3. Investor Disclaimer

Welcome to our investor information session. Please be advised that the content of business projection presentation is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice from anyone educating about Nexa Blockchain.

All investments in cryptocurrencies are subject to market risks, which include, but are not limited to, price fluctuations and regulatory changes. We strongly encourage each participant to assess their individual risk tolerance and consider their personal financial situation before making any investment decisions.

Investors may expect community project success & their proportionate share of mining profits within a period of up to five to eight years, regardless of market fluctuations or the percentage of returns during that time frame."

4. Platform Operations and Business Guidelines

The Platform operates under the following guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

- **Wallet and Withdrawals**: Create your unique NEXA wallet address and save the recovery secret phrase. Withdrawals are available in NEXA Coin only, processed within 24 hours to 72 hours, 24/7 for Gifted NEXA Coin, Mining Profits, and Affiliate Earnings.

- **Minimum Withdrawal**: $1to $10 equivalent value of NEXA Coin, may vary as per Community performance & market fluctuations.

- **Fees**: NexaMine Platform charges is applicable on every withdrawal as per the business expenses. It may vary as per business requirements.

- **Deposits**: Executed only in NEXA Coin or USDT (BEP20).

**Future Conflicts and Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes arising from these guidelines (e.g., delayed withdrawals due to network congestion, fee disputes, or value fluctuations in NEXA/USDT equivalents) will be resolved at the Company's sole discretion. You waive rights to chargebacks, reversals, or refunds. In case of conflicts:

- Network delays beyond 72 hours do not entitle you to compensation; processing resumes upon resolution.

- Fluctuations in NEXA Coin value at withdrawal time are your risk; no adjustments for market changes.

- Disputes must be submitted via [email protected] within 7 days; the Company's decision is final and binding.

- You agree to arbitration for faster resolution.

5. Risks and Limitations of Liability

- Cryptocurrency investments carry high risks, including total loss of principal. The Company does not guarantee returns or uptime.

- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. The Platform is provided "as is."

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, and market makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or investment losses.

- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 3 months.

6. Termination and Account Suspension

- We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance.

- Upon termination, all non-withdrawn balances remain non-refundable; pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are prohibited from:

Violating any applicable national or international laws or regulations.

Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.

Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (spam).

Impersonating Nexamine, affiliate, or any other person or entity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexamine and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from your use of the Platform or a breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

- All Platform content is owned by the Community. Out of this community members may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer it.

- Prohibited: Personal unauthorized promotion, or activities violating community rules.

8. Changes to Terms & platform services.

We may update these Terms with notice via the Nexamine Platform or email. Nexamine reserves the right to modify the applicable monthly average profit offered.

Nexamine reserves the right to discontinue the Platform, or any part of its services, at any time. In the event of a full platform shutdown, Nexamine will provide a minimum of 15 calendar days' prior notice to all registered users via website notice.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
